By activating and using your Webit digital card in Google Pay, you agree to be bound by these TnCs, as well as the general terms of service and privacy policies of both Webit Information Technology Limited (“Webit”) and Reap.

  1. Card Eligibility and Activation
The Webit digital card may be eligible for Google Pay depending on your device compatibility, regional availability, and your agreement with Webit. To activate the card, you may be required to verify your identity and/or complete a one-time password (OTP) authentication. Webit reserves the right to approve or deny any card activation request without obligation to provide a reason.
  2. Use of Google Pay
Once added to Google Pay, the Webit digital card can be used at merchants that accept Google Pay for contactless and online transactions. Availability may vary by merchant, location, and transaction amount limits. Google Pay functionality is dependent on Google’s software and services, and Webit shall not be liable for any Google system downtime or service interruption.
  3. Fees and Charges
Webit does not charge any additional fees for using the digital card through Google Pay. However, standard network fees, third-party charges, or charges imposed by Reap may apply. Any such fees will be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations or Reap’s terms.
  4. Device Security and User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Android device and ensuring biometric or passcode authentication is enabled. Do not share your device with unauthorized users. If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, you must notify Webit immediately to suspend or revoke access to your card.

Webit and Reap are not responsible for unauthorized transactions made through your Android device unless otherwise stated by applicable laws or card network rules.

  • Online or physical gambling
  • Darknet or restricted content purchases

  • Use in jurisdictions under sanctions or legal restrictions

Webit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your card usage if such violations are suspected.

  1. Refunds, Disputes, and Liability

Webit will coordinate with Reap as the card issuer, but does not guarantee dispute reversal unless required by law or network policy.

Please note that transaction values shown within Google Pay may not reflect the exact final charged amount due to currency conversion, processing lags, or merchant adjustments. The final amount posted to your transaction history or account statement shall be considered accurate and binding.
