WebitPay Affiliate Program Integrity & Anti- Fraud Policy (V1.0)
Effective Date: December 5, 2025
1. General Principles
This policy is established to maintain the fairness, stability, and long-term health of the WebitPay Affiliate Ecosystem. All participants in the WebitPay Affiliate Program ("Affiliates") must strictly adhere to these guidelines. WebitPay maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Any activity deemed by our risk management algorithms or manual review team as "fraudulent," "arbitrage," or "gaming the system" will result in immediate action, including but not limited to account suspension, forfeiture of commissions, and permanent banning.
2. Prohibition on Self-Referral & Linked Accounts
The Affiliate Program is designed to reward you for inviting new, genuine users. Exploiting the system to earn commissions on your own accounts is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Self-Referral: Affiliates are prohibited from using their own referral links to register secondary accounts (dummy accounts) for the purpose of earning sign-up bonuses or transaction commissions.
2.2 Linked Account Detection: WebitPay utilizes advanced fingerprinting technology to identify linked accounts based on, but not limited to:
Device Fingerprints Device ID, IMEI, MAC Address).
Network Environment IP Subnets, Wi-Fi Fingerprints).
Registration Metadata (e.g., email aliasing like name+1@gmail.com).
Shared Financial Instruments Same crypto wallet addresses for withdrawal, same funding sources).
2.3 Consequences: If an account is flagged as a self-referral or linked account, the referral relationship will be severed immediately, and all pending commissions associated with the linked accounts will be voided.
3. Transaction Compliance & Anti-Arbitrage
Commissions are paid only on genuine commercial consumption. "Manufactured spending" solely for the purpose of generating commissions is prohibited.
3.1 Manufactured Spending Cash Recycling): It is strictly prohibited to use WebitPay cards to top up e-wallets, prepaid cards, crypto exchanges, or other financial institutions where the funds are subsequently withdrawn and recycled back into the WebitPay account.
3.2 Excluded MCC Categories: Transactions made under the following Merchant Category Codes MCC are ineligible for commissions:
MCC 6010/6011 (Financial Institution Manual Cash Disbursements)
MCC 6012/6051 (Securities, Commodities, Crypto Assets)
MCC 7995 (Betting, Casino, Lottery)
Any other transactions deemed as "Quasi-Cash" or non-commercial by WebitPay.
3.3 Structuring & Micro-Transaction Flooding: Affiliates and their referrals are prohibited from using scripts or manual methods to initiate a high volume of low-value transactions (e.g., consecutive transactions under $2.00 intended to exploit rounding logic or fixed-rate loopholes.
4. Refund & Clawback Policy
Please read this section carefully. This is our primary mechanism for financial protection.
4.1 Commission Clawback: If a transaction made by a referral is subsequently Refunded, Reversed, or Canceled, WebitPay will automatically deduct (claw back) the commission previously paid for that transaction from the Affiliateʼs balance.
4.2 Negative Balance: If the Affiliateʼs current balance is insufficient to cover the clawback amount, the account balance will become negative. Withdrawals will be disabled until new earnings cover the deficit.
4.3 Chargeback Liability: If a referral is involved in credit card fraud, stolen funding sources, or malicious Chargebacks Disputes) that result in fines or losses for WebitPay:
All historical commissions generated by that specific referral will be revoked.
WebitPay reserves the right to hold the Affiliate jointly liable. Severe cases will result in permanent account termination.
5. Marketing & Traffic Guidelines
Affiliates must protect the WebitPay brand reputation.
5.1 No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on WebitPay-branded keywords (e.g., "WebitPay," "WebitPay Login," "WebitPay Official") on search engines such as Google Ads or Bing Ads.
5.2 No Misleading Claims: You may not use misleading terminology such as "WebitPay Hack," "Free Money," or "Register for Instant Cash" to attract users.
5.3 Anti-Spam: Promoting WebitPay via unsolicited email Spam), SMS blasting, or other harassment methods is strictly prohibited and violates our terms.
6. Enforcement & Governance
6.1 Sole Discretion: The WebitPay Risk Management Team reserves the final right of interpretation regarding all potential violations.
6.2 Administrative Hold: Accounts triggered by risk alerts will be placed under a 7-to-30-day administrative hold for manual review. During this period, commission accumulation and withdrawals are suspended.
6.3 Forfeiture of Funds: Funds determined to be obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of this policy will be confiscated and will not be returned.
